Sound apple flapjacks made with oats and curds. They taste debauched, yet are pressed with protein and fiber. Incredible for feast prep!

The player for these apple flapjacks is made in the blender, which makes it overly simple to prepare, and simple to empty straightforwardly from your blender into the skillet for cooking.

What's more, truly, the cinnamon apple beating is genuine the best part. For the cinnamon apples, I utilize a similar snappy microwave technique that I use for my crusty fruit-filled treat medium-term oats and it has exactly the intended effect. It resembles moment prepared apples!

I can not hang tight for you to attempt these sound hotcakes for yourself.
