These without gluten chip and guacamole nibbles are so enjoyable to bring to gatherings and potlucks. Significantly more fun than appearing with just chips and guacamole! This is a simple without gluten tidbit!

I've been making this delectable and simple little without gluten hors d'oeuvre for a considerable length of time and have been importance to share it here. It's ideal for Cinco de Mayo, yet in addition Christmas parties, New Year's Eve parties, and chomping on while viewing the major event!

Since the guacamole is made with lime squeeze in it, these don't darker effectively while sitting out at the gathering either. They've remained searching useful for a few hours during a gathering.

  • 1 bag Tostitos scoops chips
  • 1 batch guacamole
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • optional: shredded cheese


  1. On your serving platter, spread out the scoop chips, discarding broken ones. (I don't really mean discard, I mean eat the broken ones as you go!)
  2. Put about 1 rounded teaspoon of guacamole in the center of each scoop chip.
  3. Top each with a slice of tomato.
  4. Sprinkle with a bit of cilantro.
