Nothing says summer like these S'mores Brownie Bars. These brownies taste simply like a s'more and you needn't bother with a pit fire to make them! They have all that you adore about a conventional s'more.

I don't think about you yet these s'more brownie bars sound far and away superior to a conventional s'more. Also, with it previously being June, summer BBQ's are going all out and these brownies are excessively simple to make and ideal for a patio BBQ!

To make these bars much simpler to make, I utilized the graham wafer morsels from a crate. You could likewise put around 10 entire graham wafers into a nourishment processor/blender, and heartbeat until the graham wafers are disintegrated.

I'm tied in with making things as simple as could be expected under the circumstances, so to make these s'more brownie bars I utilized my preferred brownie blend from a case. Be that as it may, on the off chance that you need to make my formula for natively constructed fudgy brownies.

  3. Switch your oven to broil. Evenly top brownies with marshmallows (see Step 5 photo above).
  4. Place the pan into the oven, broil until the marshmallows just begin to brown. IMPORTANT: I highly recommend standing near the oven while you do this to ensure that the marshmallows do not burn, checking every 20 seconds or so.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely. To remove, gently lift the brownies out of the pan by using the extra foil on the sides. Pull the foil away and cut into squares. TIP: Before you cut these brownies into squares, spray your knife with non-stick cooking spray so that the marshmallows don't stick to your knife!
