For the Pumpkin Spice Syrup:

  • 1 cup Water
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar/Coconut Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp All Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

For the latte:

  • 2 Shots of Espresso
  • 2 Shots Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk/Almond Milk
  • Whipped cream/Coconut whipped cream.
  • Salted Caramel Sauce/Vegan Salted Caramel.

For the Syrup:

  1. In a small pot, mix together the water, sugar, pumpkin and spices.
  2. All the mixture to come to a boil and then turn the heat down to allow the mixture to simmer.
  3. Simmer until mixture thickens and then add vanilla.

For the Latte:

  1. Mix together the syrup, milk and espresso and pour into mugs or glasses.
  2. Top with whipped cream and salted caramel.
